Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and driving business growth across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth across the Kraft Heinz portfolio
- Synthesize KH strategic objectives, KH Category strategies, and Customer strategies to develop winning strategies across our portfolio
- Support the formation of Joint Business and Joint Category plans to align KH and Customer strategies and activities over 18-month horizons
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge and understanding of retailer performance by category for the Kraft Heinz portfolio
- Prioritize categories and customers across the Kraft Heinz business in Australia and New Zealand
- Develop and monitor retailer-oriented plans through cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Finance to close gaps against the plan
- Lead the objective setting and R&O process for Must Win/Grow range reviews
- Develop stories and sell-in for customer-facing workshops and range reviews in partnership with Sales, Category Revenue, and Category Development
- Responsible for leading a team of two Analysts
- Coordinate and allocate workload across the group
- Develop and performance support of team members
