  • Develop and oversee a forward-thinking marketing strategy: Align with the organisation's vision and goals; adaptable to business needs, audience, and market trends.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and tone of voice to reflect the organisation's values, vision, and target audience.
  • Manage digital channels and website: Implement campaigns that drive engagement and an uplift in sales across the business.
  • Create campaign and content strategy: Execute campaign and content strategy across all channels, including website, LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs, etc.
  • Build relationships: Proactively create, develop, and maintain internal team and external stakeholder relationships (e.g., clients, industry collaborations, agencies, media, etc.).

About You:
  • You'll be an experienced marketer with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
  • You'll have expertise in developing forward-thinking marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and available resources.
  • You'll be able to drive engagement and sales through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • You'll have experience managing digital channels, optimising content for SEO, and executing marketing strategies, including managing external agencies or contractors.
  • You'll possess creative skills to develop content in various forms, such as visuals, videos, blogs, podcasts, etc.
