About Your Role

You will be responsible for promoting Healius as one of Australia's leading pathology providers. This involves working closely with key stakeholders in hospitals within your allocated territory, developing strong relationships, monitoring performance, responding to queries, and helping develop and execute territory business plans to achieve commercial revenue targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing key clients, including C-Suite Executives, hospital administrators, procurement officers, and department heads.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing hospital needs and concerns effectively across the territory either face-to-face or virtually via Teams.
  • Leading and managing multiple projects across the territory with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Creating and implementing account strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of each key client.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with existing and new accounts.
  • Monitoring and managing contract performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise via Salesforce CRM on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of promotional materials and services aligning with clients' needs.
  • Gathering intelligence of target market and providing insights on market changes.
Your Success Factors

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business with specialist sales experience.
  • Solid experience in a similar role promoting services rather than products.
  • Solid commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Ability to develop deep insights, uncover market gaps, drive innovation, collaborate and lead.
  • Strong analytical negotiation skills and creative problem-solving skills to manage revenue and budget initiatives.
