Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging digital learning solutions that enhance employee development, compliance and performance improvement across the business.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR and department leaders to identify learning needs and create effective e-learning experiences.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create inclusive and impactful learning content.
  • Build and maintain learning content within the company's Learning Management System.

About This Role
  • This role requires 2–4 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development within a corporate environment.
  • Experience designing compliance, onboarding or leadership training content is highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and digital pedagogy is essential.
