Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital learning solutions that support employee growth, compliance, and performance improvement across the business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other digital learning content using industry-standard tools like Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, and department leaders to identify learning needs and translate content into engaging e-learning experiences
  • Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learning that is inclusive, effective, and engaging
  • Building and maintaining learning content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensuring consistency with brand tone and corporate values in all learning materials
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning content through feedback, analytics, and assessment data
  • Updating and refreshing learning modules to remain current with changes in policy, compliance, systems, or business needs
  • Supporting blended learning initiatives that incorporate both digital and face-to-face learning experiences, where appropriate

About You
  • 2–4 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development within a corporate environment
  • Experience designing compliance, onboarding, or leadership training content
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate)
  • Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills Include
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva)
  • Experience working with diverse learners and inclusive content development
