eLearning Designer Job Summary

\

We are seeking a skilled eLearning designer to join our team. As an eLearning designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital learning solutions that support employee development, compliance, and performance improvement across the business.

\

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other digital learning content using tools like Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar software.

\

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, HR, and department leaders to identify learning needs and translate content into engaging e-learning experiences.

\

You must apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learning that is engaging, inclusive, and effective.

\

You will build and maintain learning content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring consistency with brand, tone, and corporate values in all learning materials.

\

You will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content through feedback, analytics, and assessment data updating and refreshing learning modules to remain current with changes in policy, compliance, systems, or business needs.

\

About You

\

To be successful in this role, you will have 2–4 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development within a corporate or business environment.

\

You must have experience designing compliance, onboarding, or leadership training content.

\

You should have proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate.

\

You should have experience working with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors.

\

You must have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy.

\

You should have excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.

\

You must have strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

\

You should be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

\

Desirable Skills Include

\
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva
  • Experience working with diverse learners and inclusive content development
