Job Title

About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented e-learning developer to join our corporate Learning & Development team.

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning solutions that support employee development, compliance, and performance improvement across the business.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, and department leaders to identify learning needs and translate content into engaging e-learning experiences.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learning that is engaging, inclusive, and effective.
  • Build and maintain learning content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other digital learning content using tools like Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
  • Collaborating with SMEs, HR, and department leaders to identify learning needs and translate content into engaging e-learning experiences.
  • Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learning that is engaging, inclusive, and effective.
  • Building and maintaining learning content within the company's LMS.
  • Ensuring consistency with brand, tone, and corporate values in all learning materials.
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning content through feedback, analytics, and assessment data.
  • Updating and refreshing learning modules to remain current with changes in policy, compliance, systems, or business needs.
  • Supporting blended learning initiatives that incorporate both digital and face-to-face learning experiences, where appropriate.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will have 2–4 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development within a corporate or business environment.
  • Experience designing compliance, onboarding, or leadership training content.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate).
  • Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards.
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Experience working with diverse learners and inclusive content development.
