Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Elders Rural. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales agents, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

About the Role

The Real Estate Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our sales agents, including:

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to client queries
  • Supporting the debt collection process, including following up with clients and preparing reports for management
  • Communicating and engaging with prospect clients in the sales pipeline
  • Developing and preparing documentation, such as advertising and contracts

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, a commitment to providing high-level customer service, and proficiency with the Microsoft office suite.

About You

  • Previous administrative experience in a real estate or related industry
