Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic support team at McLean Care.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position requires 40 hours per fortnight, with shifts starting at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing rosters, negotiating shift changes, entering client requirements into our system, providing general office support, and occasionally handling on-call duties.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage accurate and up-to-date schedules for staff members.
  • Negotiate and coordinate shift changes as required.
  • Enter client requirements into our system to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous rostering experience is highly regarded.
