Sales Development Representative

About the Role
Switch is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in helping Switch achieve its business objectives by driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation and supporting account-based sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation through outbound sales and account-based sales strategies to support business revenue targets.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
- Manage inbound and outbound lead generation, qualifying leads across pre-defined sales stages.
- Align closely with marketing campaign planning and lead acquisition.
- Support mapping accounts across primary and secondary target verticals.
- Help develop and execute sales plays into the market.
- Work closely with leadership to communicate qualification progress and conversion.
- Support partner channel relationships across several key account executives.
- Support in designing and creating sales assets for lead acquisition and nurturing.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience and a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Hubspot.
- Ability to work from home and come into the office as required.
- Ability to laugh and genuinely enjoy your job.

- Experience in professional services.

- Tertiary education in marketing, communication, or equivalent.
