An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join L&T Consultancy, a leading manufacturer and distributor of light metal construction solutions and access products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for participating in a sales academy to build experience and knowledge.
  2. Maintaining and developing sales within existing and new accounts in the territory.
  3. Developing relationships with DIY and trade customers.
  4. Shadowing, training, and meetings to build knowledge and experience.
  5. Follow up and converting leads.
  6. Attending industry events and networking opportunities.
  7. Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, utilizing sales software.
Requirements:
  1. This is an entry-level sales role, suitable for someone early on in their career and wanting to take the next step into a role with huge progression opportunities.
  2. Excellent motivation and organization skills.
  3. A proactive sales approach.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Able to travel.
What We Offer:
  1. Basic salary starting at £24k, rising to £26k.
  2. Bonus, £28k OTE.
  3. Company vehicle and fuel card.
  4. Remote, flexible, field-based role.
  5. 25 days holiday a year, and company pension.
