About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Education Vertical team in Melbourne. As a key member of our New Business Sales Team, you will play a critical role in helping us expand our customer base and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in the education or software industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
