About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a leading waste management company and contribute to our growth and success. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Market Share Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell premium solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a firm understanding of the waste management industry and apply this knowledge to your sales approach.
  • Forecasting: Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements to drive business growth.
  • Results-Driven: Drive above budget results through identifying new business opportunities and growing and retaining current customers.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with all relevant departments to drive mutually profitable outcomes.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell the range of specialty product offerings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales Experience: Solid experience in sales within the waste industry.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with personnel at all levels, building relationships will be key for success in this role.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and deliver.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident communication skills to positively influence outcomes and achieve outstanding results.
  • Driver's License: A valid and current driver's license.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including AU$80,000 per annum + $15,000 car allowance plus commission, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
