Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales & Leasing team in Ballarat. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our established Victorian initiative in commercial property sales, listings, and marketing across Ballarat.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high visibility in the marketplace.
- Assist in sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Ballarat.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
- Conduct inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients, maintaining high visibility in the marketplace.
- Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing department, including signboards, brochures, advertising, information memorandums, and videos.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A background in commercial or B2B sales, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse with diverse stakeholders.
- A natural ability to identify business opportunities and negotiate deals.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree qualifications in Business or a related field (desired).
