Job Description
This exciting opportunity is for an Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at William Adams. As a key contact for parts and service sales within Western Victoria, you will be responsible for building trust and confidence with your customer base, delivering exceptional value, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve territory budget by leveraging strong relationship-building skills and analytical abilities to drive sales growth
- Develop and execute CRM reporting strategies to track call planning, activity logging, and customer updates
- Follow up on all leads and opportunities across your territory to maximize sales potential
- Create a positive, value-added perception that differentiates William Adams from competitors
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this pivotal role, you will need:
- Proven experience within the Earth Moving, Mining, Construction, or Industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Commercial acumen with strong negotiating and influencing abilities
- Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Ability to submit and execute on tenders
- Strong analytical skills combined with a mechanical aptitude
- Self-motivation, organization, and a hunger to sell
- A strong commitment to safety, health, and environment procedures
