As a Sales Representative for Rural Products, you will be part of a team that supports and grows your career.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our Ballarat team on a permanent full-time basis.

As an Elders Rural Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, finding opportunities to strengthen their business growth. You will be supported by the Elders network, provided with the tools necessary to grow in your career.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services to support their business growth
  • Proactively sourcing new business to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Supporting inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
  • Processing sales and performing sales quotes

About you

  • You are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment
  • You are passionate about making a real impact for your clients and community
  • You have technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to support clients
  • You have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills or a willingness to learn and develop sales skills
  • You have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
  • You have a driver's license, and a forklift license is preferred, however we can support you to obtain one
  • HR Truck license is an advantage
