Role Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside all functions of the organisation to ensure business and customer objectives are achieved. As an Account Management Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing yearly Joint Business Plans and delivering aligned customer KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop data-driven commercial strategies to drive business growth
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver category insights and strategy
- Manage the development of customer sales strategies and execute flawless plans to grow the account and meet business objectives
- Contribute to improving the way the sales team operates, recognising the contribution of others and building increased sales capability
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG account management
- Previous experience working within a data-driven, highly commercial account management role
- Strong understanding of category management and negotiation skills
- Excellent networking and relationship skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- A competitive salary range of $135,000 to $145,000 per annum plus superannuation
