Account Strategist Opportunity at Vero Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our team at Vero Insurance. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and intermediaries, ensuring the retention and growth of our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management and relationship development with key clients and intermediaries
  • Retention and growth of key accounts through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to leverage existing relationships and drive business growth
  • Analysis of customer base and provision of feedback on performance and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven capabilities in managing relationships with end clients and intermediaries
  • Strong customer service background
  • Proficient understanding of insurance claims and profitability
  • Proven capability to achieve operational and strategic deliverables in a complex environment
