As an experienced Accountant, you'll leverage your technical expertise to deliver strategic guidance, training, and support to customers, ensuring their seamless adoption of our software.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

  • Drive customer success through collaborative relationships and tailored solutions.
  • Achieve measurable improvements in customers' close and accounting operations within your portfolio.
  • Own post-launch relationships with diverse customers, identifying expansion opportunities and fostering trusted advisory partnerships.
  • Advocate for customers, influencing positive change across internal teams to enhance mutual growth.

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years industry accounting experience, with expertise across the month-end close process.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact with customer teams at various technical and non-technical levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Strong professional presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling using data to add credibility.
