About the Role

This is a full-time contract (38 hours per week, with some on-call responsibility) that requires exceptional leadership skills, sound case management expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of housing units in complex settings, coordinate service delivery, and lead a team of employees within the line management chain.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, social sciences or a related discipline.

A minimum five years' industry experience working with clients in crisis, including holistic person-centred case management frameworks.

Strong program coordination and leadership skills, including human resources and financial management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, IT, and organisation skills.

A Current Class C Drivers' Licence.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, which includes:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
