Strategic Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at Montu.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our partners to ensure they have a deep understanding of our latest products and offerings. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing network of partners.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with our partners to understand their needs and concerns.
- Clinical Support: Provide guidance on the appropriate use of medications, addressing off-label usage questions and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Product Knowledge and Communication: Share field insights with internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and educational materials.
- Commercial and Sales Performance: Generate and present detailed forecasts, and plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
- A minimum of 4+ years' experience in key account management, preferably in dealing with General Practitioners or possessing a 'hunter' mentality.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and empathy, with a track record of building long-standing influential KOL relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
- A highly competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
