Drive Strategic Initiatives and Revenue Growth

Ampersand International seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive industry initiatives across the APAC region. Reporting into a highly regarded Director of Business Development, this leadership role will see you accountable for shaping industry engagement strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and partners to refine and implement industry programs, identifying growth opportunities and best practices.
  • Implement and execute corporate development strategies to maximise revenue growth.
  • Provide coaching and strategic insights relevant to the Private Capital Industry to senior leaders within Ampersand International.
  • Manage opportunity pursuit processes, coordinating with partners on pipelines and strategic pursuits.
  • Design and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Nurture and grow carefully selected regional client accounts.
  • Arrange and participate in client listening sessions to gather insights and follow up on feedback.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in business development or client management within a law firm or professional services environment, with a focus on Private Capital and Funds Management.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of managing a small team.
What We Offer

A competitive salary package of $230,000 - $250,000 inc super reflects our commitment to attracting top talent.
