About the RoleThe Senior Operations Director will oversee all aspects of our operations, including service delivery, sales, and procurement processing. Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the performance of service, sales, and procurement teams, ensuring excellent customer service and timely delivery of services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the operations team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
