Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This dynamic role will see you coordinating all events and functions in our corporate suites across national sporting stadiums, venues, and key racing events.

Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with our racing and sports industry partnerships and VIP customer groups to ensure seamless event execution. You will work closely with our team to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and oversee the overall event experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all events and functions in our corporate suites, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with our racing and sports industry partnerships and VIP customer groups to develop and execute event strategies
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely delivery of services and high-quality products
Requirements
  • Strong administrative background, with experience in coordinating complex events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with industry partners and VIP clients, with a deep understanding of their needs and expectations
