We are seeking an accomplished Sales Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy that aligns with our overarching goals
- Set clear sales targets, track progress, and report on performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create omnichannel service standards that boost customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects that support both the sales strategy and broader business objectives
- Manage sales operations, optimizing spend across channels for maximum return on investment
- Oversee costs, ensuring spend is within allocated resources, and that store schedules meet operational needs within wage-to-sales targets
- Lead a high-performing sales team, keeping them empowered, capable, and accountable for delivering exceptional results
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and brand teams to hit sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience
We require someone experienced in senior sales roles, ideally in retail, with a strong track record of driving growth and exceeding targets. You'll need to be a creative and analytical thinker, able to see the big picture and make it happen on the ground. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build trust and relationships with ease.
