We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to fill the role of Store Manager within our Retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team.

- Create Business Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead High-Performing Team: Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Execute In-Store Events: Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and engagement.
- Provide Inspirational Service: Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Manage Inventory & Facilities: Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Retail Management Experience: Proven retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to Work Retail Hours: Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Retail Software: Proficient in Microsoft office and retail point-of-sale software.
