As a Senior Account Executive, your main objective will be to build pipelines, navigate complex deal cycles, drive outbound sales, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Results fuel your passion, and you thrive on winning new business.

  • Develop trust-based relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs, positioning us effectively against market trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, utilizing tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Lusha to maximise impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Sales Ownership

Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.

Pipeline & Growth

Build and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline, leveraging outbound strategies, networking, and industry events.

Strategic Relationship-based Selling

Develop trust-based relationships, tailor solutions to customer needs, and position Onside effectively against market trends.

Collaboration & Tools

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Lusha to maximise impact.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven SaaS sales expertise, excelling in full-cycle deals and value-based selling.
  • A strong track record in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals across various sizes.
  • Mid-market experience, skilled at engaging senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating complex sales.
  • Results-focused, target-driven, with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and a bias for action.
