About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our national People & Performance team at Colliers.

This is a key role in shaping and executing the people strategy and objectives for a dedicated portfolio, supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted advice and guidance on HR-related issues as a genuine partner to the service line leaders within your portfolio.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including management of employee relations matters and development of HR policy and procedure changes.
  • Local management of cyclical activities, such as promotions, salary reviews, engagement surveys, and talent & performance management.
  • Design and execute projects to drive engagement and retention efforts within the business.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and people managers to elevate employee experience through employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a HR Manager in large-scale organizations.
  • A track record in managing complex ER issues and developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and project management experience.
  • A keen interest in Employee Relations and Engagement strategy.
