About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team on a two-year fixed term contract. As a key member of the People & Organisation team, you will play a crucial role in upgrading and rolling out people technology for the ANZ region.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that live HR systems are working as expected to support the business. This involves taking a hands-on approach to full project lifecycle activities, including project planning, capturing current processes and data, participating in cross-functional workshops, and providing input to configuration, testing, and go-live/launch activities.

You will assist with project coordination, serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders in both the ANZ Support team and the UK people systems teams, and work closely with the wider People & Organisation team, which includes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Reception departments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in system administration for HR, payroll, or learning management systems, ideally with SuccessFactors
  • Background in people system implementation projects
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various territories
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (functionality, integrations, data)
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Possession of high-level attention to detail
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 AUD per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
