Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist at Toll Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective management of employee relations processes. This challenging opportunity involves contributing to building a positive and supportive work culture, while also ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of industrial relations, Fair Work regulations, and human resources principles. Proven experience in an ER role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry, is essential for success in this position.
You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations, and developing HR guidelines aligned with company policies and procedures.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle sensitive information with discretion, and demonstrate a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, industrial relations, and Fair Work regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Toll Group offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This maternity leave fixed-term contract role is based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane and is expected to last until April 2026.
