We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Service Coordinator.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily dispatch and monitoring of service calls, prioritizing call allocation, creating quotations for on-demand service work, and liaising with customers and service engineers.
This role also involves dealing with customer queries, complaints, and claims, accurate inventory movement, and follow-up on leads to develop aftersales revenue opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Management, or relevant trade qualifications with 3+ years of experience in a planning and coordination role;
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain production and material planning experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, WFM, Salesforce);
- Relevant work experience in industrial, engineering, or coding industries is an added advantage.
