Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in unit trusts, managed funds, or related experience to take on a challenging role within our team.
  • As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and ensure that all trustee obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • You will be responsible for administering trustee activities in accordance with policies and procedures, developing a sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks governing funds, and managing payments with internal and external custodians.
  • Your primary goal will be to deliver superior client service and work collaboratively with our Senior Managers and Senior Client Service Managers to achieve this objective.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Managed Funds/Unit Trusts or related experience is required.
  • Excellent client management skills and experience are essential for this role.
  • You should have reasonable knowledge of fund structures, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.
  • A Law/Business/Accounting/Economics degree is also required.
