Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our Finance Shared Services team based in Rhodes, NSW. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders while managing operational, transactional, and administrative activities.

About the Role

This is a 6-month fixed contract opportunity with potential for extension or transition to permanent employment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Shared Services Team Leader (Accounts Payable) to deliver high-quality services and support business growth across Frasers Property Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and timely services to customers
  • Interpret and resolve first-contact enquiries
  • Triage, process transactions, and maintain up-to-date records
  • Facilitate team leader's work allocation and performance analysis
  • Support IT to optimise technology usage and participate in projects to drive improvements
About You

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in business, administration, or finance, with demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and excellent time management are essential. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly desirable.
