Customer Service Coordinator

A Customer Service Coordinator is sought to provide exceptional customer service during events and programs at one of our Olympic Venues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a willingness to learn and adapt.
About the Role
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high-level customer experience through provision of accurate information, assistance with event operations, and overall support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and digital interactions
• Supporting event setup and takedown, including setting up equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining venue cleanliness
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as processing registrations, handling customer inquiries, and performing data entry
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve event objectives and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
• Availability to work on a 7-day rostered basis, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift moderate weights, stand for prolonged periods, and navigate uneven terrain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
