We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at TAFE NSW. This is a permanent full-time opportunity available at our Griffith campus.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences that optimize community engagement. You will work collaboratively with local functional areas to manage accommodation requests, support campus emergency management, and work closely with the facilities management team to set up events.

This is a campus-based role, and successful candidates will be required to work on-site.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders. You will also need to have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as sound experience within Microsoft Office Suite.

You should be a self-starter who is results-driven and able to problem-solve while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Diploma (or above) in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people
  • Demonstrated success in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer needs

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
