The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on managing day-to-day operations and be able to develop effective relationships with team members and guests. They will also be fully conversant with all aspects of the City of Sydney to answer guest queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized luxury service to guests, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- SUPERVISE AND MENTOR Commissionaires, porters, and valet staff to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Liaise closely with other departments and services to build strong relationships and drive results.
- Be aware of and adhere to Sofitel's brand standards, promoting excellence in every interaction.
- Fully Australian Drivers License is a must for this role.
- Prior experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a luxury establishment.
- Ability to work a rotating roster and public holidays.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
