About the Role

  • Job Summary: Assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful management of services packages on one or more projects, achieving project targets while adhering to The ADCO Way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to tenders by reviewing services scope, identifying risks, and opportunities
  • Review consultant and subcontractor quotations against scope
  • Collaborate with Design Manager and Project Manager to ensure design aligns with project plans
  • Assist in site works management throughout project duration, ensuring defect-free handover
  • Review project documents for compliance with relevant plans and contractual requirements
  • Contribute knowledge into project document compilation

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering
  • Previous experience working with tier 1/2 building contractors on large-scale projects
  • Experience in design, construction/installation, and commissioning of all services

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
