We're seeking charismatic and exuberant talent who can deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a vibrant and lively atmosphere. As a Hotel Front Desk Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Responsibilities
  1. Operate telephone switchboard station to efficiently manage guest communications.
  2. Be the primary point of contact for guests, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Verify/adjust billing for guests to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  4. Communicate with staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  5. Supply guests with directions and information to enhance their stay.
  6. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns, following up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction.
