Job Title: Hotel Sales Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Hotel Sales Experience Coordinator to join our Central Reservations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing bookings for our network of YHA properties.

The ideal candidate will have a personable style with a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in confidently booking their stay at our properties across Australia.
  • Handle new bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Answer questions, make recommendations, and provide information to enhance guests' stays.
  • Collaborate with the team and escalate queries to managers or individual properties when necessary.
  • Provide seamless booking experiences via email, phone, and live chat.
