About the Role

We seek an experienced maintenance operations coordinator to oversee and coordinate effective maintenance services across all departments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and air conditioning
  • External landscaping
  • Fast and efficient service for departmental maintenance requests
  • Coordination of special projects to minimize guest inconvenience
  • Management and control of expenditure according to Hospitality Award Rates

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills & Qualifications

You must have knowledge and understanding of all legal requirements and regulations relating to commercial building standards. Ability to handle high stress, high pressured situations and hotel experience is advantageous.
