About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Hotel Experience Manager to join our team at Sheraton Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and local community to tailor experiences for our guests
  • Assign rooms based on guest preferences and requests
  • Handle general enquiries and create personalized experiences for our guests
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests, ensuring attention to detail
  • Built relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service
  • Oversee service standards and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive team environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Working rights in Australia
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary of $80,000 AUD, plus benefits including exclusive staff discounts and flexible working arrangements.
