Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Partnership and Integration Manager to lead strategic collaboration across different sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive programme mobilisation and live-running of the Connect to Work programme.

The successful candidate will be a relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration and making things happen. They will have a track record of creating partnerships and driving change.

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.
  • Ensure the Connect to Work programme aligns with wider local strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Lead on the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria.
  • Contribute to the overall design, implementation and evaluation of the programme.

This role involves leading on operational and technical integration of our initiative with other relevant services and programs across Cumbria.
