Strategic Partnership Development Lead

This role focuses on cultivating and managing strategic partnerships across the APAC region to drive Enterprise business growth.

  • Identify and onboard key partners that align with Enterprise segment objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, leveraging cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Develop and execute co-selling strategies to drive Enterprise-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Prioritize and manage partner performance, ensuring alignment with quota attainment goals.

Key qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or a related field.
  • Proven understanding of the HCM technology ecosystem and associated partner networks.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, global work environments and adaptability to remote settings.
