Strategic Partnership Lead">Role Overview:
The Strategic Partnership Lead is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy with various stakeholders, driving revenue growth and managing business outcomes.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partner sales and marketing, as well as experience working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and leverage partner incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes a business plan to create incremental pipeline through strategic partnerships, identifies opportunities with stakeholders through account strategy and go-to-market activity
- Builds, leverages, and communicates partnership benefits to key stakeholders while focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship to build long-term value and sustainable success for all parties involved
- Directs and influences lead generation activities to generate pipeline, aligns with sales teams on go-to-market plays to ensure alignment on goals by providing updated business plans and sharing best practices across regions
- Develops and manages joint inside/field sales processes with sales teams, collaborates with teams to organize joint sales calls and sales campaigns
- Collaborates with sales organizations in support of sales proposals and closure
- Drives team mind share through regular communication and relationship cadence
- Enables sales teams with relevant knowledge in terms of sales, presales, and technical knowledge to effectively grow recurring revenue
- Provides forecasting and account opportunity visibility into sales tracking pipeline action/priorities on a regular basis with stakeholders
- Works closely with product marketing, presales, and product management teams to develop structured marketing and enablement plans as part of overall business plans for execution
