About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chapter Lead to drive strategic partnerships across our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders.

As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading engagement, negotiations, and execution of strategic partnership agreements. You will also coach and deepen partnership capability uplift across the team to drive continuous improvement in supporting Crew Leads and Product Owners.

The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams to structure deals, execute agreements, and onboard partnerships that are highly complex and potentially cross-functional in nature.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the partnerships chapter and regularly uplift/deepen partnership capability through driving improved tools, processes, stakeholder management practices, and adjusting to preferred practice.
  • End-to-end business development lifecycle from sourcing, structuring, negotiating deal terms, contract execution, and in-life opportunity management with diverse partners.
  • Create high-level plans for superior execution of agreed partnership strategy and initiatives.
  • Drive project delivery related to deal implementations, raise and resolve issues proactively.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Protect the Bank's reputation and represent the bank at internal and external forums.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in partnerships, specifically in e-commerce, strategy, merchant product, M&A/deals, and project implementation driving business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and implementing effective partnerships with tangible outcomes.
  • Superior strategic thinking and critical analysis skillset, ability to conceptualise solutions.
  • Sound stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Exposure to business development, business negotiations, and problem-solving.
  • Strong numerical, commercial, and conceptual analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a strong desire to learn and be successful.
  • Understanding of industry dynamics, risks, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
