Administrative Support Specialist

The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide operational support and maintain administrative processes across the school.
This role involves working 8 hours a day, 3 days a week, from Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing general office support;
- Coordinating student attendance, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
- Assisting with First Aid and supporting students' health needs;
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Principal or delegate.
