A highly rewarding opportunity to contribute to Box Hill Institute as an Administrative Support Specialist to the Dean of our Higher Education College.
This role involves managing the administrative and financial functions of the Higher Education College, ensuring efficient delivery of services and compliance with relevant standards.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, managing student administration processes, and contributing to the College's operational strategies.
The position also involves coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure the College's academic and commercial objectives are met.
About You:
A relevant qualification in Business Administration or Financial Management, or equivalent, is required.
Extensive experience in managing business support employees and a range of administrative services, including student administration, budget planning and monitoring, and financial administration, is essential.
Strong skills in computer and financial systems, including the ability to develop and implement procedures to ensure consistent use of these systems within a team, are required.
