This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven, commercially-minded individual to join our business and develop a portfolio of existing clients and drive new business in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve the annual sales target comprised of a mix of renewals and new business as set annually to achieve the business targets.
- Maintain a prospect bank by proactive lead generation and actively grow prospects through existing alliance partners, current clients, and networking activities.
- Provide quotes together with all other necessary documentation to prospects in accordance with Underwriting and Business Practice guidelines.
- Develop client relationships through involvement in the community, alliance partners, and business connections.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing personal service that meets our clients' needs.
- Relationship management experience is essential.
- Insurance/industry knowledge is desirable.
- Proven track record of being commercial and getting results.
- Strong customer focus.
