Strategic Growth Director

The key function of a Strategic Growth Director is to oversee the entire growth cycle, from prospect identification to securing new client partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients: Seeking out new business opportunities and initiating contact with companies that could benefit from our comprehensive travel solutions.
  • Understanding their needs and presenting our offering: Engaging with prospects to uncover their current travel requirements, booking behaviours, and pain points.
  • Supporting new clients through onboarding: Facilitating a smooth onboarding process to ensure new clients are well-integrated into our system and comfortable with our services.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least one year's experience working in a similar BDM role, heavily focused on B2B sales/development or experience working in a sales role within the travel & tourism sector.
  • An individual who thrives in a sales environment, is self-motivated, driven, and has a passion for delivering on sales targets and achieving KPIs.
