We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Strategic Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary professional to leverage their expertise in sales strategy, business development, and customer relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to secure new accounts across Corporate, MICE, Groups, Sports & Entertainment clients.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop a sales plan that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Proactively create and implement sales initiatives to achieve business targets and exceed budgeted profits.
- Maintain industry awareness, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
- Promote the property at conferences, tradeshows, networking events, familiarisations, sales missions, and on-site inspections to build strong relationships and generate leads.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results to senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and productivity, driving sales excellence and achieving targets.
As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on detail and quality. You will be required to travel regularly to visit clients and attend industry events.
